Paulus Merks

Paulus Merks is an international tax and transfer pricing partner at HVK Stevens. Paulus has extensive experience in international tax law. He worked as a tax lawyer for many years in New York, Paris, Chicago, and San Jose (California), among other places.

Paulus studied Dutch tax law at the University of Amsterdam and US tax law at the University of San Francisco. He is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Dutch Tax Law Association, the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the International Bar Association (IBA), and the European-American Tax Institute.
